It nestles in a prime location just above the sea with exclusive Barley Bay beach directly below the house and only a four minute stroll to famous Camps Bay beach.

This luxurious self-catering boutique accommodation, which is fully serviced Mondays to Fridays, will lift your spirits and refresh your soul with its amazing surrounding mountain and ocean scenery, and the sound of the crashing waves on the rocks below.

Externally, the house has been restored to her former glory and internally, she has had a complete make-over from the kitchen and en suite bathrooms down to the travertine floors. The elegance of the original sash windows and architraves expertly blend the old with the new.

Bingley Lower features two bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen and a combined sitting and dining room that spills out onto a private patio.

There is also an outdoor private bath area. Antiques, original artworks, and beautiful vintage furniture from the 1920's are creatively coupled with modern conveniences to make this unique home welcoming and cozy.
