A wine manual and visitor’s guide to Cape Town provide vital information, and the adjoining dining room has the same spectacular views as the lounge.

Whale Haven has a modest, well-kept communal swimming pool surrounded by shrubbery that offers a fair amount of privacy, and the complex employs a caretaker who is on hand at all times to take care of any problems that may arise.

All three bedrooms have built-in cupboards, and the master bedroom also boasts a luxurious double bed and magnificent ocean view.
