Perched on the top floor of the Famous Sonnekus ‘Brownstone’ of the Camps Bay strip, Atico Oceano is a perfect Sunset treat for the leisure traveler.

The entrance hall leads directly onto the lounge and dining room area. Rosewood timber floors stretch throughout, complementing the furnishings.

The living room features two comfortable settees and ottomans, as well as a pinewood six seater dining room table. A balcony stretches the length of the apartment, accessed from the air-conditioned dining room and lounge area.

The open plan kitchen leads off the living room. Complete with chrome and granite finishes, this space is a trendy, well equipped retreat for the holiday chef.

The four seater breakfast bar adjoins the kitchen and living room area and is a comfortable extension from which to enjoy the uninterrupted sea views.

All three bedrooms have magnificent views of Cape Town’s defining features. The Master bedroom, with en suite bathroom overlooks the famous Camps Bay beach.

Comfort features include a large bath, ample cupboard space and air-conditioning.
The second bedroom with double bed overlooks the ocean and also has access to the main balcony.

The third bedroom has twin beds and a chest of drawers and overlooks the famous Table Mountain and lions head. Both bedroom two and three share the second bathroom off the main hallway which has a shower.
