Beach side Penthouse is situated on the Platinum mile, right behind the Bay Hotel between the 12 Apostle Mountains and the palm-lined beach in a quiet residential area only a few minutes level walk (250 metres) from the beach and the heart of Camps Bay, its trendy shops and its restaurants.

The stroll to the beach is not uphill or downhill, it is an easy level walk.

The Penthouse enjoys wonderful views of Cape Town’s Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach and offers luxurious living. We have been awarded 5 stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and Beachside has an edge on most villas in the Camps Bay rental market, its incredible location! The Penthouse is connected to the ground floor by elevator.

Tastefully decorated in attractive African Renaissance style throughout, it has 3 double bedrooms all en suite, from where you can see and hear the waves breaking.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has twin beds and 3rd has a double bed. All have a free-standing colour satellite television and hairdryer. There are stunning views of the palm-lined beach front and ocean from the living area and all the bedrooms.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher. You can actually enjoy beautiful views of Table Mountain and the Cable car from one of the kitchen's windows!

The living area has a large lounge/dining room fitted with a safe, state of the art audio and TV equipment, a bar, and leads out onto a wrap around patio with heated Jacuzzi, barbecue facilities, and of course, magnificent sea views.

There are laundry and internet facilities, and there is secure garage parking for 1 car as well as off-street parking for 2 cars. The Penthouse is serviced daily, except for Sundays and Public holidays.
