The House is located in Bakoven, an easy walk to the famous Camps Bay Beach with its fine restaurants, trendy shops and sidewalk cafes, or a five minute drive to one of Clifton’s four popular beaches.

Both the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town’s pretty city centre are only ten and fifteen minutes away by car respectively.

The house has an outdoor wooden dining table as well as a built-in counter surface with bar stools. There are also 4 sun loungers as well as barbeque facilities and a swimming pool.

The open plan lounge sports a fireplace and leads outdoors to the patio and pool area. There are sea views from the lounge. Floors are tiled.

DINING ROOM

The dining room has great sea views, consists of a 10 seating dining table and is open plan to the kitchen and lounge area. Floors are tiled.

The TV room includes satellite television with over 50 channels and a DVD player. There are also computer facilities which include WIFI and ADSL as well as a private email address. There is a telephone/fax line and a Hi-Fi. Floors are tiled.
