This exclusive 9 bedroom villa is situated in the top of Camps Bay and has spectacular views of the Atlantic Seaboard and Lion’s Head.

The villa is split down the middle; both sides supplying open plan kitchen, living and dining areas and 4 or 5 bedrooms each.

Great for entertaining a large group of friends.

Parking With many balconies and plenty of outside areas, you will feel a sense of space and tranquility. Amazing sunsets can be seen from almost every room in the villa. With 2 living and dining areas, there is ample space for entertaining guests.

The serene white, grey and silver finishes create an elegant beach style feel to the villa; the best of both worlds. A large pool is available for all guests and is accessed from the below balcony. There is a second pool on the middle balcony which is available for guests who prefer to be more private.

Both have sun loungers along side to relax in the sun with an ice cold beverage. From all balconies and most of the rooms in the house, magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion’s Head can be seen. The 2 separate open plan kitchen / dining / living areas supply ample space for sit down meals or lounging around in front of the TV.
