On entering the property through the main entrance you walk into the spacious lounge area which is light and airy, extremely well appointed with doors opening out on to the terrace and gardens. Dining room In a separate area, but leading onto the lounge.
The sophisticated décor and lighting allows for intimate dining or family and group meals. A large eight seater dining table is provided. The second lounge is situated at the far side of the kitchen and it offers chic style and modern comfort in relaxing surroundings.
Kitchen
From the main lounge you enter the kitchen, which is bright, modern and fully fitted with all expected appliances including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. Additionally, there are ironing facilities available.
Study / Computer Room
The study is located off the second lounge which offers the chance for private reading from the array of local attractions and history books. In addition, with fast speed internet and a flat screen computer, research or a chance to catch up on emails is made easy. Additionally game consoles and DVD players are located in this area for entertainment purposes. Your butler can connect these to the large plasma screen in the lounge if required, additionally, there is a vast array of modern CD's, DVD's and games for you to utilize during your stay.
Cloakrooms
There are four bathrooms in total, giving the guests private facilities at all times,
this facility is well appointed and conveniently located.
Master bedroom
Decorated in an 'urban chic' style; the bedroom has luxurious fittings and fixtures, a flat screen television, a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, with views of the Ocean. The room also contains a DVD/CD player and an electronic safe for your use and convenience, the room is fully air conditioned.
A high quality sofa bed is also available for two children.
Bedroom 2 and 3
Spacious and well appointed with built in wardrobes and flat screen televisions, these rooms all contain 2 single beds allowing for maximum flexibility and these can be joined together to create comfortable king size beds, or left individually as twin bedded rooms. The rooms also contain DVD/CD players and a safe for your use and convenience and the rooms are fully air conditioned.
Bedroom 4
Spacious and well appointed with built in wardrobes and a flat screen television, this room contains a queen size bed. The room also contains a DVD/CD player and a safe for your use and convenience and the room is fully air conditioned.
All of the areas are well appointed with power showers and you will be provided with luxurious towels, robes and toiletries. The pool is well appointed, and it is surrounded by lush gardens where you can soak up the sun within the luxury of your own private surroundings. The area has been completely re-designed to offer the best in terms of view and maximizing the sun.
